Tyler came into the studio for his session last fall and we are finally finished. I found out he is pretty intelligent and likes classic rock and board games. Thank you to Tyler and his Grandma for choosing Kristy Roberts Photography.

Sara - Senior Portraits

Sara is a senior at Brandon High School on the east side of Michigan. Her family comes to Silver Lake every year for vacation and I had the honor of doing her senior pictures. What can I say? Sara is a real sweetie and loves the water. Thank goodness for the internet and online proofing to get this job done. Here are Sara's custom designed wallets. I think they are fantastic.

New Web Site Coming Soon!

I've been very busy. If I'm not in my studio creating portraits I am at home retouching files and ordering prints. It leaves little time for my new site. I have decided to dedicate 1 hour a day to working on it. It will be quite nice when it's finished and I will be very proud. With a little help from my friend Shawn Von Inns and my hubby I have managed to learn html code. I am getting excited as it is finally coming together. It won't be long now. Most of the content is done. I am currently learning how to add photos to it. What fun! Learning html code can be addicting.

Happy New Year

I am taking time to reflect and refresh. I am currently working on goals for 2009 and I have quite a few. I have listed a few I am working on right away.

  1. Get better and faster at Retouching so I can turn around my work quicker. I have purchased some new computer softeware and have learned some new tricks to speed things up.
  2. Blog, Blog, Blog. It's fun and it will make it easy for my clients to see what I've been up to.
  3. New Website-coming very soon.
  4. Get proficient at new flash techniques for weddings and portraits. You might see me out and about practicing in town. If you see me...Say hi!

These are just few ideas I have to get me started. Have you made any goals for yourself this year?
